PHR & ABHA Address

Build a PHR app that creates ABHA addresses, links records, handles consents, and stores user records.

A PHR app gives a patient one place to manage ABDM records. It lets the patient create an ABHA address, link care context entries, manage consent, and view records.

An ABHA address is a user name such as name@abdm or name@sbx. The patient uses it to access and share records through HIE-CM.

An ABHA number is a 14-digit verified identity. It proves the patient identity through strong KYC. A default ABHA address can use the ABHA number, such as 14digit@abdm.

A patient can create more than 1 ABHA address. ABDM recommends 1 ABHA address per patient. Link an ABHA address to an ABHA number when a flow needs strong KYC.

Verify official Swagger before release

The source came from an official PHR app DOCX archive. Some API blocks came from OCR screenshots. This site is community-maintained. Verify each payload against the ABDM sandbox Swagger before certification.
